Essential Managers Series

This is a European-produced set of guides to all areas of leadership and management. There are over 30 books in the Essential Managers Series, and most of them are only 70 pages long. They may not be the first or last consult for church leaders, and typical of series, volumes may vary in quality. But the checklists, charts, diagrams, and bullet-lists may simplify some common leadership tasks when the situation requires quick help. Another value is for coaching and mentoring others, when a leader needs to communicate a principle in quick, understandable and usable terms.
