LifeandLeadership.com Summary

This is a companion to Steven J. Goodwin, Catching the Next Wave (1999), but one needs only this volume to get the gist of the approach. The value of this workbook is the scope of coverage on the subject of renewal, and the worksheets it provides to help ministers through the issues preceding, during, and following a renewal process. It covers issues such as leadership readiness, team basics, mission and vision casting, and conflict. If for no other reason, ministers in a renewal process may use this book as a supplement to spur their creativity in facilitating various aspects of the work of renewal. For more thorough planning manuals, see the Resource Guide on the subject.
