There are twelve tools in the kit. Each tool has multiple uses. The skills you teach a young child are basically the same ones needed by a team leader. About the Authors
Helena Cornelius is a psychologist, manager and mother of three. She is also a Director of the Conflict Resolution Network, an advisor and developer of programs for school, tertiary and on-the-job education. Shoshana Faire is experienced in personal growth, organisational and interpersonal relationship building. She leads workshops in conflict resolution, mediation and negation around Australia.
Shoshana Faire brings 22 years of experience supporting learning and development in private and public organisations. Her work includes leading skills development programs, facilitating meetings, resolving conflicts, mediating and coaching. She brings an enthusiasm and caring that comes with being passionate about her chosen field.
Estella Cornelius, before her death in 2010, was a specialist mediator and conflict analyst. She co-founded with her daughter Helena the Conflict Resolution Network, which encourages conflict resolution training in workplaces, universities, schools and community organizations. Her contributions to peace and human rights were recognized with an Order of Australia, an honorary doctorate at Macquarie University, and her acknowledgement as a “peace messenger” by the United Nations.
