This is followed by practical guidelines on setting and achieving goals, planning for the future, developing ministry teams, recruiting and retaining leaders, training and placing volunteers, supervising staff, evaluating ministry effectiveness, delegating tasks and authority, communicating in the organization, and relating to other leaders.
