This is one of several books by Ken Blanchard on servant leadership. It is probably not the first book to read on the subject, but still makes useful contributions. His “Twelve Steps to FaithWalk Leadership” on pp. 40-41 and the “Seven Reactions People Have to Change” on pp. 66-67 are helpful reflection pieces. Blanchard enthusiasts will appreciate his play on words with such principles as EGO, i.e. moving from Edging God out to Exalting God Only.
